By using Webspecs Cloud services, requesting a quote, submitting a support ticket, or placing an order, you agree to use the services responsibly and to provide accurate account, billing, domain, and technical information.
Service activation depends on payment confirmation, account verification, supplier availability, and any technical checks required for the selected product.
Hosting, domains, SSL, email, managed VPS, and third-party licences may be subject to upstream registry, certificate authority, platform, and infrastructure provider rules.
Prices are VAT-inclusive where stated. Renewal dates, billing cycles, and included resources are confirmed on the final invoice or service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details, strong passwords, lawful content, valid backups where not expressly managed by us, and timely payment of renewals.
We may suspend or limit a service where there is non-payment, abuse, security risk, spam, malware, unlawful content, or activity that affects other users or platform stability.
Webspecs Cloud collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage billing, secure accounts, and support clients. This may include name, company name, email address, phone number, service details, billing details, domain details, support messages, and technical information such as IP addresses or server logs.
We use personal information to provide requested services, process orders, communicate with you, manage support, improve security, and meet legal or operational obligations.
We may share limited information with service providers such as payment processors, billing platforms, domain registrars, SSL providers, email platforms, hosting infrastructure providers, or support tools where required to deliver the service.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of your personal information by contacting support@webspecs.cloud. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, or service history reasons.
Our privacy approach is intended to align with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Formal compliance documents may be updated as the business systems mature.
Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the service type, billing cycle, supplier rules, and whether the service has already been provisioned, registered, licensed, migrated, or consumed.
Month-to-month hosting services may be cancelled before the next renewal date by submitting a support ticket. Services already renewed may remain active until the end of the paid cycle.
Domains, SSL certificates, licences, setup work, migrations, custom configuration, and third-party services are usually non-refundable once registered, issued, activated, or delivered.
Duplicate payments or clear billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where verified.
Refund requests must be submitted through a ticket with the invoice number, service name, reason for the request, and supporting details.
Where a refund is approved, processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or platform used for the original payment.
Webspecs Cloud services must be used lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not harm other clients, networks, systems, or the Webspecs Cloud brand.
Do not use services for spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, unlawful content, harassment, copyright infringement, or any activity intended to compromise another system.
Do not run abusive scripts, excessive resource workloads, cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, mass mailing tools, or scanning tools without written approval.
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with shared infrastructure.
We may investigate abuse reports and may suspend, restrict, or terminate services where urgent action is required to protect clients, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
